We Provided a timeline to our team members for the food drive, including start and end dates, as well as any important milestones or events related to the drive. We Identified the target audience for the food drive, who were basically the general public. We Specified the types of food items that are accepted, focusing on non-perishable food items. We invited the volunteers to participate in the food drive by helping with collection, sorting, and distribution of food items. They participated enthusiastically. We ensured the safety and security of each individual. We are grateful to our donors for contributing generously. Without their help we couldn’t achieve such an effective activity. Along with that, we are immensely impressed by our volunteers energetic and enthusiastic participation.
