Awareness
Team Mehv e Khawab collaborated with the Team of Azad Kashmir Welfare Foundation in organizing a Blood Donation Camp on June 18, 2022. The Camp location was Baldia Hal Upper Adda Muzaffarabad. The onsite donor count was 17. The collected blood resources were donated to the patients of Cancer and Thalassemia at the regional center. Moreover 10 donors were reserved on emergency dial. Enthusiastic participation of the volunteers and the Team were highly appreciated.
Homeless Task
This task was also self-started at 4th Nov, 2019. We aimed to provide clothes and blankets to homeless people on footpaths of Lahore. After a continuous effort of weeks, we collected used clothes and blankets that were in a good condition and gave them a dry-clean. Thus, we provided almost 380+ garments and blankets to homeless people on roads.
Women Harassment Course
This course was designed taking in account of increasing cases of sexual harassment. The registration began at 20th Feb, 2020. This course was conducted online and the Appreciation ceremony was held at 8th March, 2020 at LUMS.
